Versatility of training

The biggest advantage of personal training is its versatility and flexibility to meet the needs and expectations of a particular individual. Do you want to shed a few kilos and look more slender? Or maybe you are looking to improve the overall efficiency of your body and strengthen those muscle groups that are of key importance to health? You may also be a physically active person looking for new challenges and willing to see what your body is capable of.

Marlena about herself

I am a photo model. My work demands impeccable appearance, especially a shapely figure. Half a year ago I decided to take up the challenge of weight reduction and body sculpting. I started to train with Łukasz of Capital Training Studio. Much to my surprise, the fact that I found pleasure in exercising on a regular basis has not been the only change experienced by me.

I’ve started to pay attention to what, when and how much I eat. I feel satisfied with myself, a day without training is a lost day for me andthe perception of myself as a physically active person natural for me.

Michael about himself

Michael Hekmat, a fashion designer living in Poland for three years. My primary place of work is Warsaw.

I have had a sedentary job for years. I started going to the gym as a student, mainly to take care of my appearance. Personal training additionally motivates me to exercise but is also a form of relaxation.

Training with Łukasz of Capital Training Studio turned out to be extremely effective - after a year my body shape has greatly improved. Moreover, customised and diversified exercises helped me strengthen those muscle parts that are crucial to health (the muscles surrounding the spine, back portions of legs). Personal training additionally motivates me to exercise but is also a form of relaxation.

Ewa Sawala o sobie

Jestem lekarzem. Pracując przez lata w stresie nauczyłam się rozładowywać go poprzez jedzenie. W ten sposób stałam się osobą otyłą. Podejmowane liczne próby odchudzania kończyły się efektem jo-jo i narastającą depresją. Wysiłek fizyczny był mi obcy i nigdy go nie lubiłam. Aż do spotkania z Łukaszem, który dokonał rzeczy, zdawałoby się, niemożliwej.

W ciągu roku dzięki treningowi personalnemu i zmianie sposobu odżywiania straciłam 25 kg, 33 cm w pasie i 24 cm w biodrach. W następnym roku odzyskałam kondycję i sprawność, jakiej nie miałam nigdy wcześniej. Ale największa zmiana nastąpiła w mojej głowie.

Wybitną cechą Łukasza, oprócz wybitnego profesjonalizmu jest jego indywidualne podejście do każdego i znalezienia klucza do tego, co „siedzi” w głowie osoby zmagającej się z otyłością. Pracując ze mną zmienił mój sposób myślenia i odżywiania.

Dzisiaj cieszę się życiem, chodzę po górach, jeżdżę na rowerze i mam siły na zabawę z moją bardzo ruchliwą wnuczką. Walczę dalej, jeszcze mam dużo do zrobienia!

Pola about herself:

I am an artist - a dancer. I learnt the art of ballet since I was 8. For 11 years I was a member of the ballet company of Stanisław Moniuszko Grand Theatre in Poznań. Currently I work as a classical dance instructor at the Comprehensive Ballet School at Gołębia Street in Poznań.

I started training with Łukasz after my stage career had ended. The aim of my training with him was to broaden the scope of knowledge of motor training. Thanks to Łukasz I started running, definitely improved the efficiency of my body and began to take part in semi-marathons and marathons.

I’ve become fascinated with martial arts and now I find great pleasure in practicing them. While learning Muay Thai, Taekwondo and Boxing, I discover my skills acquired during dance classes anew.
